MAMANET USA — PARTICIPATION WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE 2026–2027 SEASON Acknowledgment of Risk Participation involves physical risks including injury, collision, and serious harm. I participate at my own risk. Assumption of Responsibility I accept full responsibility for any injury or loss and confirm I am physically able to participate. Release of Liability I release Mamanet USA, Mamanet LA, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from all liability including injury, death, or property loss. Facility & Third-Party Release I release all facilities and third-party vendors involved in activities. Indemnification I agree to hold harmless Mamanet from any claims arising from my participation. Medical Consent I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept full financial responsibility. Photo & Media Release I allow use of photos/videos for promotional purposes without compensation. Rules & Compliance I agree to follow all rules, safety instructions, and maintain sportsmanship.

Official League Rules & Regulations

MAMANET USA — OFFICIAL LEAGUE RULES & REGULATIONS 2026–2027 SEASON LEAGUE OVERVIEW Mamanet USA is a structured, community-based women’s catchball league dedicated to: • participation • teamwork • inclusivity • competitive balance All participants are required to uphold the values of respect, fairness, and sportsmanship at all times. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY • Participation is limited to women who meet Mamanet eligibility requirements: – Age 28 and above, OR – Mothers of any age • All players must complete the following prior to participation: – full registration – payment in full – signed liability waiver – valid health insurance No player may participate in any activity without full compliance. TEAM FORMATION • Players may join an existing team or form a new team, subject to league approval • The league reserves the right to assign players to ensure balance and fairness Each team must: • maintain an active roster (recommended 12–14 players) • appoint a team captain TEAM MANAGEMENT Captain Responsibilities: • act as primary liaison with league management • manage roster and communication • ensure team compliance with league rules Coach: • each team must have an approved coach • all coaching appointments are subject to league approval The league reserves the right to reject or replace coaching assignments. REGISTRATION & DEADLINES • Registration opens in August Final Roster Deadline • The roster is officially locked on the date of each team’s final preliminary (regular season) game • No additions, replacements, or substitutions are permitted after this date without explicit league approval TEAM CHANGES / TRANSFERS • Player transfers are permitted only until the official transfer deadline • All transfers require: – approval from both team captains – final approval from league management Unauthorized transfers are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS • Full payment is required for participation Refund Policy: • Requests must be submitted in writing no later than January 1 • No refunds will be issued after this date under any circumstances PLAYER CONDUCT All participants must: • demonstrate respect toward players, referees, coaches, and staff • refrain from aggressive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike behavior • comply with all rules and official decisions Violations may result in: • formal warning • suspension • removal from league without refund ATTENDANCE & COMMITMENT • Players are expected to attend all scheduled games and team commitments • Ongoing absence or lack of participation may result in: – reduced playing eligibility – team or league disciplinary action PREGNANCY POLICY • Participation during pregnancy is strictly prohibited for safety reasons • Players may return in a future season GUEST PARTICIPATION • Non-registered participants are permitted for one-time training only • Requirements: – prior league approval – signed liability waiver Guests are strictly prohibited from participating in league games. SPONSORSHIP • Each team is encouraged to secure a sponsor Sponsor Deadline • Sponsor details must be submitted no later than September 30 Failure to comply may affect team visibility or participation benefits. LEAGUE STRUCTURE The official season includes: • Regular Season (Round Robin) • Competitive / Power Rounds • Playoffs • Championship Day Championship Day • Final matches determining official league rankings • Includes: – Championship Final – 3rd Place Match – Placement Matches (5th, 7th, 9th as applicable) Championship Day is a mandatory, official, and final league event. GAME STRUCTURE • All matches are governed by official Mamanet rules • Referee decisions are final and binding DISCIPLINE & ENFORCEMENT Mamanet USA reserves full authority to: • interpret and enforce all rules • resolve disputes at its sole discretion • impose disciplinary action Penalties may include: • technical loss • suspension • removal from league participation All league decisions are final and non-negotiable. LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATION League management: • oversees all operations • enforces rules and policies • approves all exceptions and special requests All decisions by league management are final. COMMUNICATION All official communication must be directed to: mamanet.la.ca@gmail.com Only communication through official channels will be recognized. AMENDMENTS Mamanet USA reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these rules at any time as necessary for the operation of the league. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES By registering and participating in the league, each player confirms that she: • has read these rules in full • understands them • agrees to comply with them without exception
